Our New Board

New Anthropology Board, President Despina (me), worked hard to post this up so tell me what you think and what you would like to see on the board!
I also managed the participation of the Linguistics Club so now one can see updated club information and the steps to major and minor in Anthropology and Linguistics under Anthropology. Also  enjoy the comedic cartoon panels. 

Update on Indiana Jones Meeting!

It was a GREAT showing and I wanted to say thank you to all who came, lets see some new faces next time ;) !
The films were a nice example of what really happened in Archaeology during the time of Indiana Jones, including controversially topics like the lack of minorities in the filed. Hunter College can proudly say they sent a woman into the fields named Dorothy Cain who was seen in the videos as well. A lot of fun and a great day. It was a pleasure to meet all the other clubs at Hunter and now U.A.C will be co-sponsoring different events with the Linguistics Club, Archaeology Club, and Artemis Hellenic Club.

* Our first meeting will be a great example of what to expect from the club. There will be a mixer of needed information, interesting activities (such as movie nights), and exciting trips!
